We cannot reserve time in any property without a signed lease and deposit.
Normally, leases are booked several months in advance with the payment broken into increments. The final payment is due 30 days before check-in. In the event that the lease is booked within 30 days before check-in, we will require any funds to be either cash or certified check.
We require a security deposit that is held by our office during the rental period and for up to 30 days after check-out. The amount of the security deposit varies with each property. The purpose of the security deposit is to cover any damage or excessive cleaning that is found to be necessary upon check-out.
Check-in and out times
Check-in time is usually 1:00PM, check-out is usually 10:00AM.
What you should bring
All properties are usually equipped with all the necessities for the legal maximum number of occupants. You should bring your own linens and towels.
No pets are allowed in any of our rental properties unless otherwise stated.
Most of our rentals do have phones on the premises, however, these are intended for local calls ONLY. Any long distance calls MUST be made on a calling card.
