What do you want in an agent / Broker?

I honestly and sincerely am very interested in what the public sees when they envision the ideal Broker. I strive to be that Broker. Please email me any comments you have about what traits you would like to see in your Real Estate Professional. Share with me your anecdotes, or thoughts. We are familiar with some characterizations, but REALLY...what do you wish for in your real estate representative when you want to buy or sell a home? What would make the difference in making you satisfied?
